What it does

The narrative writes around the data.

NFIRS gives you the structured data. The incident report is the human story around it — what the officer saw, what the conditions were, what the strategy was. Most RMS tools treat this as an afterthought. Watchroom treats it as the document that holds up in court.

The narrative editor pulls in everything the system already knows — apparatus, units, times, weather at the alarm — so the officer is writing the story, not transcribing the data.

How it works

Three things that change.
