Inventory, flow tests, annual servicing, NFPA color coding. Shows on the CAD map when you need a supply — not on a paper grid in the cab.
What it does
NFPA 291 requires hydrants to be color-coded by flow rate. NFPA 25 requires annual flow testing. Most departments do both. Most also keep the records on a clipboard in a drawer.
Watchroom keeps the inventory geo-located, the flow tests dated, and the color codes computed automatically. When you query the CAD map for the nearest supply during a working fire, you see flow rates, not just dots.
How it works
Every hydrant pinned to its actual location. Static pressure, residual pressure, flow rate, valve type, main size. Hardware photo per hydrant.
Color (blue/green/orange/red) computed from flow rate automatically. Map renders with the right color without anyone manually classifying.
Annual flow tests scheduled per hydrant. Officer signs off, results land back in the inventory. Past-due hydrants flag on the map.
Integrations
No CSV exports. No batch jobs. No manual reconciliation. When something happens in one module, the others know.
