What it does
Combination departments run both a career shift schedule and a volunteer on-call rotation. Most scheduling tools handle one model. Watchroom handles both — and shows them together so the captain on Charlie shift can see which volunteers are on-call for tonight's mutual aid.

How it works
Career shift rotations (Detroit, Berkeley, Modified Detroit, Custom). Volunteer on-call rotations. Both visible on the same calendar.
Shift opens (sick, comp time, training). Callback request goes to qualified members. First-accept-wins, audit trail.
Per-member iCal URL. Subscribe in Google Calendar / Apple Calendar / Outlook. Shift updates push to the phone.
Integrations
